Sunday Week End Post.
It is the end of week number two and it has been a good week. I started off okay but ended up doing very well with my exercising. The weather on Saturday was good enough to get out of the house and walk outside instead of on a treadmill so I got to get out of the house to exercise. The weather was not quite good enough for me to do a bike ride so it was still walking but it was quite a bit of walking on Saturday. the auto walking was when I forgot to put my watch in to walking mode before I started and it picked up I was walking after the fact. It does that automatically when ever I am walking for 10 minutes and I love that feature as I forget to set it to walking mode when I am out and about.
As for my current weight and how those pants fit, I weight in at 174 and the pants are still tight around my waist. I forgot to take a picture of the scale after I weighed myself so there is no picture of that in this post.
Next weeks goals are to do more than 5 hours in the week in logged exercise and hopefully end next week at 170. This would put me on track for adding some weight lifting in to the mix and make this a much more rounded journey. I do not want this to end up being a treadmill/walking journey I want to include a variety of exercises. I am keeping this short again because I am very tired from all of the walking I have been doing over the past week and my writing is terrible when I am too tired.
