Feeling Awesome after a long day of exercising.
To start things off today I weighted in and got some results that I am very happy with. 168.6 LB on the scale. I wanted to confirm something funny that has been happening as well with the scale and the way it sends data to Samsung health and I was right the scale has me at 168.6 but sent 168.5 over to Samsung health. Odd .1 difference but I am not going to let that bother me I am going to just say its about the treads not about the daily numbers. This goes for another thing body fat percent on the scale is 22.5% and on Samsung it is 28.5% a difference like that had me qustion some things so I borrowed at fat monitor from a friend to see what it said and it came in at 22.8% multiple times so I think the scale is closer to the real number. I am still going to use the samsung measurements at points here to show the progress from the start, swapping outright to the closer to correct one seems wrong when I keep saying its about the trends not about the raw numbers so I want to be honest with things and show the trends. I will show both for a bit I think just to get the trend going on the scale app but it also has a trend line that I can screenshot as well.
First thing I did today was go on a bike ride. I normally like to post the image first but I wrote my sentance about weight first so I am doing things in reverse this time. This morning was cold around 40 degrees Fahrenheit and I had a jacket on but my eyes were tearing up and the wind was passing right through the jacket. After about 30 minutes of the ride it started to warm up a bit but I was then going to the gravel section of my ride and that is in tree cover so it became much colder again. I pushed on and kept going but it was not a super fun ride being as cold as it was. That being said I ended up riding for 1 hour 15 miutes and 14 miles. Not the longest ride I have done but it was exhausting. I have been running every day for 1 hour at night on my treadmill and it cuased my legs to have no strength left in them to bike right from the start. That and the cold made it hard to continue the ride but I am very happy I finished it and I am planning to ride again soon.
