Sunday Update on progress.
I have been doing very good again. I had reached a plateau last week or so I thought anyway but the end of this week was much better. The screenshot if from yesterday because I forgot to weigh myself today and get the numbers. I rushed out of the house to go for a bike ride and just grabbed my water and left. There was no time to weigh in. I have been doing very good on the diet I set up for myself. Which I thought I was going to have a harder time with but after a little bit it changed and I feel like I could stick with how I am doing it for a very long time. I am not saying no to "good" foods I am just making sure that I keep with in my calorie limits and do not go crazy every day. Yesterday was a bit of an off day I hosted a birthday party for my one year old son and I made the cake. I did not bother logging any of the calories for the food yesterday as I am sure I would have been in the 5,000 range with just the cake I ate. Either way that is not the normal day to ...
